Half day conference jointly convened by Swiss Re Institute and the Systemic Risk Centre (SRC) and Financial Markets Group (FMG) at the London School of Economics (LSE).
As financial, technological, economic and geopolitical risks become increasingly interconnected, seemingly local shocks can rapidly evolve into systemic events. Against this backdrop, we are bringing together a small group of senior leaders from across industry, policy, academia, and finance to explore how we can better understand these dynamics - and strengthen resilience together.
The discussion will focus on:
• emerging channels of contagion, including digitalisation, AI, and crypto markets
• systemic vulnerabilities linked to critical infrastructure and natural catastrophes
• and the role of cross-sector collaboration in building resilience to future shocks
wrong.
