We are pleased that our most recent event series in the honour of Nobel laureate Sir Oliver Hart was a successful and fitting tribute to an economist of world renown.

Sir Oliver was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2016, together with Bengt Holmström, for their joint work on contract theory.

The Financial Markets Group marked Sir Oliver's achievements through a lecture delivered by Luigi Zingales (The University of Chicago Booth School of Business) on Reforming Capitalism and a conference on New Frontiers in Corporate Governance.

You can now catch-up with the lecture video on the event website and enjoy a selection of photos form the two events, below.
